Built on a stubborn belief about how software should be made
HEXAVO began in 2025 with a simple conviction: great software is built by small teams of senior people who care.
We were two engineers frustrated by a familiar pattern — ambitious products handed to oversized teams of juniors, shipped late, and buckling the moment they met real users. So we started HEXAVO to do the opposite: keep teams small, keep them senior, and treat every client's roadmap as if it were our own.
Since then, that conviction hasn't changed — only the way we scale it. What began at a single kitchen table is now a distributed studio of designers, engineers, and strategists across 3 countries, shipping products in fintech, healthcare, commerce, and AI.
We've stayed deliberately lean. No account managers between you and the people writing the code. No juniors billed as experts. Just the senior team that designs it, builds it, and stays to scale it.
