HexaConverter

HexaConverter is HEXAVO's own utility app: one place to convert, compress and tidy up everyday files, built on the promise that your files never leave your phone.

Most free converters work by uploading your files to someone else's server — fine for a meme, not for a passport scan or a contract. Doing everything on the device instead means every format has to be handled locally, within a phone's memory and battery, and the app has to be honest about the few things that can't be done that way rather than failing halfway through.

   Built seven tool families into one app: a document scanner, metadata removal, images, PDF, documents, audio and video, and archives.

   Ran every conversion on the device, so files are never uploaded — including photographing pages into a single PDF and stripping hidden location and camera data from photos.

   Added a conversion queue that keeps working as you move around the app, with history, search, favourites and completion notifications.

   Chose formats and options deliberately, and made the app say up front when something isn't supported instead of promising a conversion that would fail.

   Kept every feature free, supported by ads — with no paid tier and nothing locked.
