Laundry Window

Laundry Window is HEXAVO's own weather app for one everyday question: should I put the washing out? It answers in one line, then shows the working behind it.

Weather apps give you rain percentages, wind speeds and humidity, and leave you to work out whether a load will actually dry. The answer depends on all of them at once, changes through the day, and has to be right at a glance.

   Turned the forecast into a single verdict — put it out now, wait, or don't put it out — with today's best drying window and an estimate of how long a load will take.

   Drew the day hour by hour so people can see why, and painted a live sky behind it that matches the weather.

   Planned the whole week: each of the next seven days gets its own window and verdict.

4. 4

   Built four independent reminders — wash day, a daily best-time note, an hour before each window, and rain warnings — plus a home-screen widget.

   Asked for nothing: no account, no sign-up, and the only data that leaves the phone is the location needed to fetch the forecast.
